Responsibilities

Prepares assets, liabilities and capital accounts entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information.
Processing of financial transactions including journals, accounts payable/receivables.
Annual statutory financial statements and operating reports.
Monthly financial and management reports.
Review and check all transactions are in compliance with organizational requirements.
Prepare monthly financial statements and also prepare quarterly reports and report on variances.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Update the fixed asset register for each addition of assets on the basis of disbursement or journal voucher.
Verify and finalize monthly sales tax purchase.
Analyze and finalize local and export sales details.
Assist and manage the annual audit.
Maintain financial files and records.
Salary forwarding to employee accounts as per requirement.
Perform other duties, as necessary and/or as requested.
