We are a UK based group of companies, with offices in the UK, US Canada & Pakistan, looking for the business development executives for our Lahore operations. This is a great opportunity that offers impressive promotion and bonus incentives.
BENEFITS:
Salary: PKR 35K – 55K plus 15K – 20K bonus
Bonus: 15K – 20K rupees/month
1-month holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone or email
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
· Working on weekly and monthly leads targets and KPI’s.
· Organising marketing and sales campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
· Experience with lead generation and prospect management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities
· Proven track record lead generation/business development would be a bonus.
· Attention to detail
· Should have networking abilities.
