Turnkey Builders is a 30 year old company, based in Islamabad.
Regarded as one of the marquee companies specializing in residential housing and commercial arcades in central islamabad, Currently we are looking for telesales officers for the sale of our ongoing (under construction) project namely Royal Castle (on installment basis) that is sittuated in H-13 near NUST University Islamabad.
We are a passionate & happy team looking for happy people who think of customer satisfaction beyond our business.
We believe that all that we make are only made of concrete & steel but homes are not built unless we give equal prominence to people, their emotions and think of their experiences in living.
We are currently looking for passionate and experienced female tele-sales executives to join our direct sales team who will report to the team lead.

Female Tele-Sales Executive

Location: H-13 Islamabad. Duty Time: 10:00 to 6:00. Salary: according to sales skills 15-30k or above on best sales performance.

Minimum requirements :

Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.(Non-Negotiable)
A positive attitude towards real estate sales and his profession. We are looking for a passionate person who is client-oriented and creates a position where he is able to guide the buyer to his solution and provide an experience than just a selling a home.
Minimum 1 Year of experience in Real Estate Sales / Banking / Tele Sales Marketing.
Good experience in Sales
Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter
Must be familiar with office automation software such as Ms Word, Excel and Power Point

Role Description:

Required candidate should know : Urdu or English.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
