We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior to Mid-Level Business Development Officer to help us in our overall sales efforts.

The goal is to deliver effective sales strategies that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

Generating Leads through freelance platforms (preferred Upwork) and local market
Organise and support sales and marketing reporting
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services
Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets, and or new products into new markets
Manage and execute the brand image of the company
Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs
Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyse and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Maintaining client records
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
Proven experience in freelance platforms and bidding will be preferred
Experience in sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
A commitment to excellent customer service
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal and writing communication skills in English
