Business Development Expert

Extreme Commerce is looking for business development professionals in the Sales department with credible years of experience. The job requires candidates who enjoy speaking with people to build connections, networking and client acquisition for our company. In-short candidates should be enthusiastic about turning regular conversations into conversions. This excitement must come through on every opportunity that comes forth during a conversation with a customer to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more about Extreme Commerce and its brand.

The candidate should be able to:

Encourage customers to buy services and products by using referencing of important parts of what our products and services are about
Go in a casual conversation when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions keeping company values and brand identity in mind
Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased services
Update CRM with new information every time an attempt is made to communicate with the customer
Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service
Boost morale in the office by encouraging other colleagues and adopting a team mentality on the floor
Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs
