We are a UK based software development company in Islamabad, seeking for talented Business Development Manager (Online Bidding Expert) who could assist us in bringing new business, projects, customers by using all online available freelance resources.

This position is suitable for those candidates who are looking for a challenging and rewarding environment.

Regular duties will include:

- Generate new business by using online freelance resources

- Organize and attend meetings with various clients

- Coordinate with developers and managers to write effective proposals for various projects and keep track of all customers and follow-ups

Skills you should have:

- Knowledge of software development environment including web applications, web sites, ecommerce, windows applications, Business Intelligence tools and frameworks

- Experience in online bidding for software projects using various freelance sites

- Excellent English written and oral communication skills

- Experience to write effective proposals and ability to convince customers and make deals

- High focus on delivering results, self-organizer, self-motivated, self-manager and confident

Experience you should have:

- At least 1-2 years of solid experience in online bidding for software industry
