We are recruiting Customer support/client services Agents (issue solving skills, lead calling, customer support & service, chat support) with fluent written and excellent English language skills. The calls will be to & from the Middle East and the candidate should be able to understand different accents.
Have a clear understanding of the services offered by the company along with policies and procedures. (training will be provided)
Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process bookings, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
