Cargo Manager

we are looking for a Cargo Manager to ba responsible and accountable for the smooth of our system. Reporting as a Cargo Manager. Cadidate will be responsible for monitoring and organizing all activities within the cargo terminal.

Requirment:

Minimum 5 years work experience in Cargo oerations/Ground handling/Frieght and warehousing from well known company.

Experties in cargo handling proceduers and regulations and familiar with fundamentals of load control abd ramp handling

Experience in risk analysis proceduers, quality management and planning/organizing skills.Customer focused and analytical with good judgment, able to work under pressure and a team player.

Valid Driving license an advantage

Fluent in written and spoken english

Through knowledge of MS office and cargo management systems.

Responsibilties:

Ensure reliable customer service delivery and on time performance by providing leadership operational direction and resource required.

Develop professional relationship with internal and external cutomers to ensure effective cargo service.

Ensure the appropriate standards of safety and seurity are achieved with corporate requirment, government legislation and international best practice.

Responsible to ensure that all cargo staff adheres to the company policies and procedures,upholding safety and seurity.

Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement.

Handle critical issues through liaison with station managers, terminal authorities and internal departments to effectively deal with situations.

Assume responsibilty for accident investigation, reporting and statistical analysis.
