We are looking for a talented and motivated Calling Agent - Business Development to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Calling Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our software products, and persuading them to schedule a meeting with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and qualify their interest in our software products.
- Develop a strong understanding of our software products and their benefits.
- Explain the software product's features and functionalities to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs and targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Calling Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Experience in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
