Responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues in servers, network, network devices, desktops, laptops, e-mail, Internet
Responsible for Vendor Management & Procurement of Hardware & Software
Maintaining IT Asset Register & inventory
Using and Maintaining Issue Tracking and helpdesk ticketing system
Managing ISPs connection/monitoring
Managing internal corporate network, remote employees, firewalls, servers, and communications hardware
Responsible for Management of Local and On-Cloud Active Directory services
Establishing and documenting operational LAN / WAN standards and procedures including network and security policies
Managing Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewall
Managing Power & UPS/CCTV/network printer/Attendance system
Responsible for Network and system support/Helpdesk

Note:

Its rotation based job, preferable night
