Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying new opportunities to upsell.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
