Intern Technical Support

With almost six decades of experience in food industry, Far Eastern Impex is growing its operations and are seeking an Intern Technical Support for their KARACHI head office.

Type of Job: Internship.

Scope of Work (not limited to):-

· Audits of all computers.

· Weekly visit to Factory for Audit and Complaint resolution.

· Audits for Server Machines / PABX / CCTV Equipment’s in Head Office and Factory.

· Technical issues and User Complaints.

· User end installation and configuration.

· Monitoring and Reporting of Network.

· Toner and Cartridges refilling issues.

· Document, Charts are sheets for computers and user’s information.

· Looking after the daily tasks, taking backup, maintain record for all technical details.

Skills: Computer Literacy, Excellent technical skills, Good hands over MS Office, Negotiation, Complaint Handling, Decision Making, Relationship Management, Prospecting Skills, Creative mind and Handle difficult situations and give solution.

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Must be with a computer background).

Experience: 1-2 Years.

Duration: 3 Months

Gender: Male.

Incentive: Stipend will be provided.

Age Bracket: 22-26 yrs.
