Conduct area-wise visits & establish, develop and maintain positive relationship to the existing & prospective customers
Regular market visit. Develop and maintain relationship with seed dealers and supervise their performance
Achieve agreed upon sales targets with schedule
Present daily & monthly reports to Line Manager
Provide & assist customer related information to CRO for the development of CRM database
Conduct farmers meeting / field days as per FDP given requirement
Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximum satisfaction
Devise ways of improvements through feedbacks, in accordance with the Line Manager
Carry out market research when asked to by the line manager
Carry out marketing activities by placing marketing material as per guidelines of the company
Organizing farmer days as per company’s marketing plan
Handling customer complaints and investigating the matter before giving recommendation to the CRO as per the company’s complaints handling policy
