We are looking for Hardware Engineers to join our Product Development Team. This position is full-time and located in our Karachi office. In addition to paying a competitive salary, this position will potentially offer equity which could be very lucrative.
The position will require working on a cross-functional team to develop hydroponic systems, leading the development of the embedded control system, including control algorithms, feedback mechanisms and calibration. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining documentation and release notes, contributing to the system specifications and defining functional tests. The Embedded Systems Engineer is responsible for performing design analyses, risk analysis with contingency plans, leading design reviews, manufacturability assessments, verification of design durability and reliability.
The position is responsible for designing experiments; collecting, analyzing and interpreting data; technical problem solving; innovating creative solutions; and clear communication of findings.
1+ years of experience of work related to IoT devices with cloud connectivity.
Proven track record of taking a high-volume consumer product from concept through prototyping and development and into high volume production
Proven and demonstrable programming skill in C for resource-constrained embedded platforms
Strong problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience in creating test automation framework using python
BS/MS in Computer Science, Embedded Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
