Job Description
Farmer's Fresh is Seeking a "Front Desk Officer" to ensure effective coordination, two-way communication support, and to maintain organizational standards and processes of day-to-day task, as the Front Desk Officer shall be the first image of the organization. The job holder will make it certain that clients, customers, etc are dealt with supreme courtesy as one of the main focuses of the position is to create a favourable image of the organization and present it keeping in view its reputation and commitment to service
Skills Required
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 year's Experience in Front Desk Management/Reception.
- Candidate must be well spoken ( English & Urdu).
- Candidate must have basic computer skills ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, InPage.
- Candidate must be flexible & have ability of Multitasking.
- Assist in the Ordering, Receiving, Stocking & distruibuting of office Supplies.
- Maintain the Visitor Area
- Time Management Skills
- Any other task given by Senior
