Job Description

Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the client or the organization.
Provide advise on legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents.
Appear in courts for conducting PMS cases.
Proceeds to NAB and or Registrar Properties Office as and when required.
Vetting of different Agreement & documents.
Handling audit & others issues pertaining to the assignments.
Assist Divisional Head in meetings, preparation of Agenda, taking the minutes of such meetings and convey decisions to respective Departments.
Document preparation as per respective country's legal Compliance requirements.
Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates and third-party services for legalization of documents
Manage Product Registration worldwide as per the requirement.
Looking after Intellectual Property, Renewals and New Registrations worldwide.
Notification of products to compliance, Health and Safety, and all related National and International platforms.
Any other administrative task as required.

Requirements:

LLB or LLM degree in Corporate/Commercial Law from foreign university or institute.
3+ years of corporate legal experience.
Know-how of International Law, Treaties, Embargos, Health and Safety Laws, IP Laws, E-Commerce Laws, Law of Contract, all types of Agreements and documentation related to International Commercial laws.
Must have knowledge about legal documentation and its peculiarities.
Should have very good command on English.
Good command over MS Office.
Able to perform in fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
