  • A professional approach in computer-based customer services and provide information about products and services.Handle customer inquires made online by UK and Europe customers. 
  • Accomplish assigned tasks according to the priority set by Team leader/Supervisor.
  • Censures and provides quality service to both internal and external entities.
  • Execute daily order-processing procedures. 
  • Ability to work on its own and taking initiative with less supervision provided
  • Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities.
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
  • Strong English written communication skills.
  • USA and UK returned candidates will be preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent MS Office and MS Excel Skills. 
  • Excellent English Communication Skills Required. 
  • Basic Computer Operating Skills. 

Desirable:

  • Adobe Photoshop and any other computing skills.
  • Web Designing.
  • Any experience of eCommerce websites would be beneficial.
