We are looking for HR Manager with the following

Job Description:

  • Fulfill Recruitment needs of company
  • Shortlisting, conducting initial interviews.
  • Employee orientation process
  • Manage HR Exit process
  • Performance Evaluation of Employees for appraisals
  • Managing the compliance by all employees, in case of wrong conduct issue warning letters.
  • Manage payroll process and salary
  • Take care of HR / Labor-related issues with Govt. departments
  • Manage and implement HR Policies, Loan Policies, etc.
  • Grievance handling & Conflictmmanagement
  • Maintain HR-related record of all Employees
  • Take ownership of the performance management process design and management.
  • Introduce employee benefits and incentives to engage and motivate employees.
  • Any other task assigned by Team Lead/Manager.
  • Should have experience of working with ERP
