1. Greet the persons entering company premises and direct them to correct destinations.
  2. Maintain visitor register by entering information related to visitors and provide visitor cards to visitors.
  3. Answer telephone calls, screen and direct them to concerned persons.
  4. Take and relay messages received from customers.
  5. Deal with queries from visitors and customers.
  6. Provide information to callers and facilitate them by giving company information.
  7. Receive and sort out mail deliveries. Keep them updated in register and direct it to relevant person.
  8. Provide general administrative and clerical support the department.
  9. Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the reception / office area.
  10. Keep in and out registers updated.
  11. Receive Coupon from electricians, count / check them and make payments accordingly.
  12. Take limited daily cash from cashier for daily office use and submit the details of approved expenses on day end.
  13. Make expense vouchers of daily administrative expenses and send it line manager for its approval.
  14. Contact courier service to ensure timely dispatch of materials from head office to other branches.
  15. Perform any other task assigned by your supervisors.
