Manager Supply Chain

Develop Strategic & Operational Supply Chain Plans by Forecasting the current and future needs, Analyzing previous and current market trends, budgeting resources appropriately, developing procurement teams and Vendors, liaising with all functions i.e. processing, Sales & Distribution, Finance & HR & Sales teams to fulfill the business requirements of FCL Implements Supply Chain Strategies into action by ensuring smooth supplies of Raw and finish materials, spares and services to FCL through local, national & international supplier and vendors. Keeps continuous liaison with internal customers (FCL Operations & new Projects) to cater their short, medium and long range business needs. Maintains the minimum order level of raw & finish material to sustain the production and supplies of finish goods to distributors, with highest level of quality, efficiency and effective cost management. Manages Logistic Operations (Inbound & Outbound) by providing effective and efficient transportation solutions to the value stream of FCL. Keeps strong liaison with procurement team, Sales & Distribution teams and Distributors for a smooth logistics operations. Leads KPIs & Monitors Budgets and Controls Waste : Develops an efficient tracking system to monitor Supply Chain KPIs with Procurement team(s), monitor budget with Finance Department and controls waste by delegating responsibilities to the respective teams. Ensures the Compliance of FCL Policies & SOPs: by developing & delegating Supply Chain teams, regular data / gap analysis and assessments by Audits. Manages Strategic Relationships with internal customers, key suppliers, relevant professional forums and government agencies to ensure continued operations, reliable supplies at lowest possible cost while maintaining quality as per Business standards. Establishes and maintain communication channels with Functional heads and key personnel in engineering, manufacturing and marketing/sales to align targets, timing and deliverables. Any Other Job relevant to Supply Chain scope, assigned by the Management
