Job roles: Customer Service (Chinese Speaking)

Number of positions: 2 positions

Scheduled work：9:00 - 18:00 (6 days/week)

Job requirements

Communicate in Chinese.
Able to enter the night shift if needed The company will pay the shift 2 times.

Job Description:

Handle customers contacts via phone and email
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and feedback
Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Suggest solutions when a product malfunction

Feature

Language requirements: Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
Experience working in finance Bank for at least 2 years, having experience customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in word, ppt, excel and other office software
