Bespoke Shoe Factory Located near Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore is Looking for Customer Service agent to handle:

Social Media Queries
Order Confirmation through Shopify
Answering customer Calls
Confirming order generated through Social media and whats app
Resolving Customer Problems.
Follow ups once order is sent to Customers until delivered with courier and Customers.
Maintaining Customer Records
Fresh graduates.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proven Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated.
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

The compensation package includes:

Basic salary of Rs. 25,000-30,000

Shift: Night (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
