We are Hiring shop manager for our designer children garment retail brand. Hiring would be of highly passionate, creative and self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate would have:
- Entrepreneurial and leadership skills
- Previous sales experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer centricity; focus on customer needs
- Manage inventory and cash for the shop
- Have the ability to interpret the customer choices and communicate the same to design team
- Manage sales man
- The role will translate into head of retail in 2-3 years’ time if performance is satisfactory.
About us: We are a family company starting a children retail garment company covering the entire clothing range. We are a start up and looking for individual who is willing to grow with us as a company.
Salary+ commission on sales will be given on meeting targets.
