Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and check sales tax invoices.
Dispatching Sales tax invoices to customers along with GD, delivery challans & bilty.
Communicating with customers and resolve issues regarding sales tax invoices.
Maintain proper record of invoices and delivery challans.
Opening an account of customers.
Reconcile ledgers to ensure all the sales tax invoices have been generated.
Maintain proper record of bilty and received invoices.
Ensure that all customers have received the dispatched invoices.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors / ACCA (enrolled)
1-3 experience of Accounting & Finance and managing invoices and ledgers.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Details and research oriented.
