Regular Job Responsibilities:

To perform commissioning, maintenance and service tasks in customers / clients territory.
To evaluate products quality for maintenance, warranty, upgrade and other purpose.
To serve existing clients by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests and resolve problems.
Responsible to study system requirements, sampling and gathering components, tools, parts, for complete installation, perform tests and share reports with HOD.
To ensure that tools and test equipment are properly maintained, suggest recommendation for modification or improvement in tools.
To keep equipment secure by following instructions manuals, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, maintain log file for all repairs & damages.
Responsible to maintain documents for services and installations actions via forms, reports, logs and sheets.
To provide necessary training to customers for the product operations and schedule maintenance.
