About the company:
We are a bookkeeping business providing bookkeeping services to small, micro and medium sized entities bsed in the UK. We are looking to hire a candidate who is ambitious, proactive, pays attention to detail and is self-motivated. Accuracy of work is highly important. Candidate must be hands on, disciplined and be able to work with minimal supervision. As we are based in the United Kingdom (UK), the candidate should be able to work between 10 am to 6 PM Pakistan Standard Time and here is no requirement to work outside work hours, apart from occasional instances where deadlines may warrant this.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Entering invoices in accounting software like Quickbooks, Xero etc.
- Liaising with clients and addressing their queries
- Assisting the Director (UK based) in growing the client base
- Ad hoc reporting
- Working on website development (writing articles)
Candidate ideally should have the following credentials:
Qualification: ACCA (Part Qualified), CA (Part Qualified), MBA, BSc accounting and Finance
Experience: Two years of experience in accounting/data entry roles
Skills: Excellent quantitative and written skills, proficient in MS Office
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Quickbooks, Xero software.
