Job Responsibilities • Respond to telephone, email, walk-in and website contact form inquiries from existing community members, prospective residents, management, vendors and other constituents • Handle financial transactions for the office, such as creating the invoice and liaising with the clients. • Ensure that all the staff has completed their timesheet on time and obtained signoff from their direct reports. • Ensure that staff records are fully maintained and up to date • Collect, process and distribute incoming mail as well as compose and send correspondence for other office staff • Assist management and other staff to ensure compliance with applicable Job Skills & Qualifications • Degree with some accounting background • Two years of prior experience in a technology company environment • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages • Strong time management and organizational skills • Availability to work weekends (when required)/p
