Fides Technologies Islamabad office is looking for 3+ years experienced male/female Telesales Managers:

Responsibilities

Manage outbound sales calls
Enter customer orders in ordering system
Establish good relations with customers
Achieve desired Key Performance Indicators such as volume of calls, orders and handling time.

Requirements

Proven experience as telesales representative
Fluent in English and Punjabi languages
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building skills
Must be able to work in night shift; 6 pm - 3 am
Females are encouraged to apply. Females will be given free pick & drop facility.
