Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments.
Conducting Job Analysis and Drafting Job Descriptions and Specifications
Preparing Adverts of Vacant Positions
Makes offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants.
Checks candidates' references with their previous employers.
Induction and Orientation of New Joiners
Issue internal memos and letters
Drafting SOPs for various Processes
Managing Personnel Files and other Tasks related to HR Administration
Maintaining Staff Records
Drafting and Reviewing Policies, Procedures and Forms
Processing Monthly Payroll
Attendance and Leave Management
Conducting exit interviews.
