The Digital Banking Apprentice Program is designed for recent graduates with or without a technical education background who wish to pursue a career in Digital Banking. The Digital Banking Apprentice program begins on October 15 and consists of intensive training sessions over a period of one month. As such, there are four areas of competency, including

Business Analyst

Technical Writer

Digital Finance

Software Development

The objective of the program is to facilitate the linkage between candidates abilities and digital banking requirements.

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude towards assignments and tasks .
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Eligibilty:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or relevant degree.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
