Head of Digital Payments

This position is for an innovative, high-energy, technology savvy individual that possesses knowledge and practical experience of financial product development and service delivery in the digital space.

This is a senior leadership role that handles product design, development & execution and technology innovation in the evolving digital payments space. This role handles setting up and driving digital payments over apps, FinTech partnerships, and POS and e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead from product concept phase to launch and smooth operations of all assigned products.

2. Grow revenue and manage costs to achieve product line profitability as per business plans.

3. Develop pricing strategies for various product lines and channels and determine underlying transaction cost analysis models.

4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

5. Foster an effective working relationship with regulators to propose and implement new concepts to improve product and channel profitability and customer convenience.

6. Formulate and implement processes to support the product and channel development and operations lifecycle's.

7. Retain and grow key talent, conduct secession planning and knowledge transfer/sharing across team members.

8. Maintain good working relationship with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR, Customer Service and other key units.

9. Devise marketing and promotional campaigns to grow customer base and drive throughput.
