Duties:

Work with Development Managers to determine business requirements and project objectives.
Assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects.
Develop new applications or make enhancements according to project needs.
Plan, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure timely completion.
Ensure project deliverables to meet business requirements.
Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing.
Perform code reviews.
Resolve application development issues.
Develop and implement best practices to improve productivity.
Adhere to software policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience including solution design and implementation.
Strong problem solving skills.
Fluency in written and oral English is required
