Requirements

3+ years of experience managing Quality Assurance Teams
5+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Experience managing automation testers
Experience managing manual testers
Experience in manual testing
Experience in automation testing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Solid understanding of QA tool development chains and environments
Experience testing embedded systems and/or mobile consumer electronics devices
Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness
Superior communication and analytical skills, including a strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with Development Engineering and other functions
