T24 Administrator

Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for efficient administration, maintenance, change management and end users issues management of Core banking and ancillary applications on production, Test and Development environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Intimate to Team Lead Day End Operations, Core Applications Administration & Integration, Head of Core Banking Applications and Head of Alternate Delivery channels the infrastructure to be backed up.
Ensure resolution of reported and otherwise issues in coordination with superiors and vendor helpdesk
Provide application/technical support related to T24 and Ancillary systems
Ensure smooth running of all above mentioned infrastructure in an efficient, highly available and cost effective manner
Provide Technological solutions to diverse business and project requirements related to T24 and Ancillary systems
Ensure availability and review Standard Operating Procedures, Administration Manuals and processes
Ensure all the processes are in line with and conform to Information Security Policy, IT Operational Manual and IT Operational Manual for DR and BCP.
Ensure infrastructure is optimally tuned and in line with Information Security Policy.
Assist Information Security Officer to devise and implement Information Security Policy.
Monitor and process logs from infrastructure and support services of related systems/applications
Ensure inventory management of hardware and software related infrastructure is up to date
Intimate to Database Systems Administrator the infrastructure to be backed up
Ensure validity of backup data on periodic intervals
Assist to plan and implement Disaster Recovery Site and Business Continuity Site with respect to related infrastructure
Monitor day to day related operations using Key Performance Indicators like Availability, Security and other performance indicators with structured and unstructured diligence methods
Coordinate with other project teams on assigned tasks.
Assist to conduct SELF/Internal/External and regulatory Audits and Risk Assessments
Assist to build core-banking and ancillary systems’ data-dictionary/knowledge base
Coordinate with vendor on all outsourced projects/helpdesk
Any other tasks assigned by reporting hierarchy
Conduct performance reviews of subordinates.

Requirements: Communication & Relationships:

Internal: Inter Department communication within bank depending on business requirements
External: Coordination with various vendors for Production Support

Specifications:

Education: Graduate with Relevant Education & experience
Experience: Over 12 years prior experience in Core Banking Suppor
