E-Commerce Manager/Sr.Executive

The E-commerce Manager/Sr. Executive will be responsible for developing the strategy and the execution required to hit our growth targets. The e-Commerce Channel Manager is responsible for managing and cultivating meaningful and profitable sales activities to ensure growth of FINJA Marketplace. This person will be a passionate steward and driver of sales and brand plus responsible for managing all sales specific to e-commerce.

The ideal candidate experience in relevant domain (E-Commerce) is mandatory & will drive revenues for FINJA’s marketplace by:

Communicating FINJA’s priorities and goals for the channel, internally and externally, and executing those goals successfully
Creating, revising, improving, and effecting current and new workflows that comply with the channel’s business process rules and streamline thetransaction cycle without compromising the quality of customer experience
Working directly with the channel’s representatives and business units to expand FINJA’s Marketplace presence, maintain functionality, and increase strategic opportunity
Implementing SKU expansion campaigns
Identifying key trends, issues and root causes and make recommendations for improvements
Producing reports on company marketplace performance and key performance indicators
