Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Coordinating with cross-discipline teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Clearly define, scope, and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, maintain a steady pace through the sprint, and ensure reliable delivery
Identifying key issues, and developing hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them.
Partnering with product owners to define & refine acceptance criteria.
Partnering with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and prioritization.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute and manage transformation initiatives.
Provide support to Sales and Support teams where needed.
Prioritizing backlog items, assigning priorities, and scoping impact on business.
Coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release
Coordinating the development of design items and facilitating the design process with the VP, product owner, designers, and developers while delivering on prioritized requirements and planning future releases.
