Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and diligent accountant executive to join our company. The incumbent will be responsible for examining and auditing our financial records to ensure overall accuracy and legal compliance. A dedicated candidate who will not only maintain our books, but also make educated recommendations to us on budget efficiency and improvements. Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory for this position.Responsibilities and Duties:- Should be able to execute the overall accounting cycle.
- Process payment runs in accordance with policy & procedures.
- Resolve payment queries from suppliers and vendors.
- Create regulatory reports for internal and external auditors.
- Process bank reconciliations and other accounting duties as required.
- Implement and handle QuickBooks or any other software.
- Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors (Honors)/Masters Degree with specialized knowledge (Banking, Accounting, Financial Management Information Systems) is required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of cash flow statements.
- Should be aware of FBR and PRA laws compliance.
- Sound knowledge of software like QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience of working in IT industry (Software House) is a plus.
