Specification Proven customer support experience
Must be fluent in English & quality focused
Good at solving problem, analyzing information and resolving conflict
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication, presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions, provide information about product/service
