•Oversee daily operations of the HR department
•Strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
•Updating and maintaining employees records
•Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
•Develop fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
•Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
