We are looking for an outstanding individual for the post of Event management sales and catering Business Development. Only relevant CVs from event management will be welcomed.Candidate should be highly organized and have the ability to introduce company services to all sectors and should have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance.If your profile is relevant and possess good experience with precised knowledge, you may rush to grab the opportunity.ResponsibilitiesGenerating business leads and following up on sales opportunities

Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to close business leads
Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives
Researching organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads
Setting goals for the development of team and business growth and ensure they are met
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Must be able to successfully manage sales teams ideally from a similar industry
Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales teams
Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
Continual training and development of all members of the sales department to develop their inter personal skills.Requirements Experience in business, sales, marketing in relevant field
Strong communication skills and MS Office
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking
Pleasant personality with excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive.
Must have experience of social media marketing or showbiz.
