Required an IT Administrator overall responsible for IT operation, Data security, Software, and hardware maintenance.

Key Skills

Server administration including IIS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.

Installing new software, licenses, connections across the organization.
Maintaining users share folders and their data through SAN.
Installation and troubleshooting Quick books, Sigma net and other Software and maintaining their licenses and renewals on a timely basis.
Create and maintain complete inventory of IT Assets including software and hardware (laptops, desktops, etc.).
Giving IT Support to all the departments including the shop floor and remote connections.
Backup of online applications and managing cloud infrastructure.
Managing Windows server licenses, Active Directory, creating share locations and profiles.
Managing attendance Server and machines for fingerprints login through monitoring software.
Manage IP PABX Installation and configuration.
Managing warehouse for complete IT setup including CCTV cameras, computer, and network.
Monitoring the connections with Head Office with other geographical locations without any interruption.
Managing DVR through a web-based interface.
Giving support for desktop and laptop users.
Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role
Manage IP PABX Installation and configuration.
Configuring VPN clients for locations connected to the server.
Participates in the negotiations for service and maintenance agreements for installed system
Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Maintains user accounts with level of authorization as per company standard and Performs periodic training of key users.
Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role
Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policies.
Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
To maintain Server, Virtual Machines and Endpoint security and implement automated patch update services and data security controls like encryption.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
