Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee our organization’s ongoing financial process and procedures related to payments and recordings. The candidate will be responsible for the overall revenue and reconciliation.

 Responsibilities

• Coordinate with collection team for proper recording and reconciliation

• Vendor management and resolving issues.

• Attend meetings with partnering restaurants/brands (when necessary)

• Process and record payments

• Bank reconciliation

• Cash management and proper recording

• Maintain sheet and conduct follow-ups for WHT certificates.

• Understands completely income tax & sales tax for Private Limited Company.

• Can independently manage Accounts team.

• Filing returns in time.

• Prepare accounts and finance records as per SCCP regulations for Private Limited Company.

• Track and maintain petty cash book, reimbursement billings and receivables.

• Follow purchasing procedure, particularly relating to correct documentation and authorization

• Monthly Stock Count and Reports.

• Budgeting and Audit of accounts

• Smart and analytical.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Having advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel
