Position Title: Packaging Associate

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Understand packaging requirements for customer, channel and market
Explore various packaging methods and identify the best option suitable
Share requirements with relevant parties and update accordingly
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
Implement customer packaging standards in customer development and innovation activities
Recommend improvements to boost quality and efficiency and reduce costs
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and ensure they are met
Ensure product is packaged and labeled according to specifications

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, logistics, or related fields
1-2 years with a high focus on system and business documentation
Ability to spot issues and analyze complex problems quickly and thoroughly
Attention to detail
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Self-learner mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in start-up is preferred
