Responsibilities:

Provide administration of infrastructure, network and deployments on Foree platform.
Required to set up multiple development, test and production environments, deploy the necessary packages and software and monitor the status of the same.
Responsible for putting in access and security controls at infrastructure and networking levels.
Responsible for creating hardened systems as per PCI-DSS standards.
Responsible for all Linux and Network administrations and have to keep the systems updated with all the necessary packages and patches of installed OS and software.
Responsible for setting up Firewalls, Proxy Servers, Load Balancers, Application and Database Clusters, Disaster Recovery sites, VPNs, malware protection systems, intrusion detection and protection systems etc.
Responsible for setting up live logging, auditing and monitoring tools and consoles. Responsible for the regular and on-demand deployments of Foree software and builds and run necessary migration scripts.
Responsible for creating backups and rollback scripts and verifying them.
Responsible for reviewing application and system logs and responding immediately to security or usability concerns.
Create documentation related to infrastructure, system, network, deployment and security architecture, policies and procedures.
Responsible for creating regular system reports in different dimensions.
Responsible for Production access for deployment, operations and maintenance

Skills required:

Must have extensive experience on Linux Administration
Must have extensive experience on Network Administration
Must have experience on AWS or Azure
Must have experience of working with local cloud providers or data centres
Must have experience with setting up and managing multiple environments on local and cloud infrastructures
Must have experience with multiple logging, auditing and monitoring tools
Must have experience in writing scripts on Linux
Must have experience in deployments and rollback scripting
Must have experience in creating and managing backups of application, logs and databases
Must have experience in running migration scripts
Must have experience in selecting and acquiring relevant software and understanding their pricing and licensing models
Must have extensive knowledge on network and data security
Must have knowledge of PCI-DSS
Must have knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
Must have knowledge of various NoSQL database servers
Must be good at documentation and reporting
Must be hardworking and good team playeR
