Senior Officer Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning is responsible for the timely and effective Monitoring and Evaluation of the project activities.

Develop and implement a more effective system of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting for the current projects.
Ensure that the project is implemented according to the agreed upon objectives.
Design and review data collection and ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.
Take lead in conducting research studies, baseline and endline evaluations.
Facilitate program teams in developing quality standards for all key program interventions to strengthen the compliance and quality aspects.
Regularly share monitoring reports with the team members for informed decision making.
Collect, compile, and present the project beneficiaries with data on a monthly and biannual basis.
Prepare required analytical/progress reports on M&E findings.
Ensure that staff members are trained and coached in methods for monitoring and evaluation.
Ensure that the project team continues to meet monthly to report on on-going progress and provide on-going feedback on various elements of this project.
Conduct annual review of the project to track progress and delays.
Communicate with the donors under the supervision of Executive Director for project related reports.

Forum for Language Initiatives(FLI) is a non-govt and not for profit organization working as a resources center for the language communities of northern Pakistan. The organization is mainly involve in the capacity building of the people from language communities in documenting their own mother tongues and cultures, helping them in establishing multilingual early childhood education, publishes book about and in the languages and run advocacy for the languages communities.
