Assist team in all technical matters.
Using a range of computer software AutoCAD, MS Project & MS Office for developing detailed designs
Coordinating with design consultants, architects, contractors & subcontractors.
Checking method statements as per the contract specifications.
Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using Microsoft Project and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on a monthly and weekly basis
Ability to coordinate, control and monitor all contractors' / subcontractors' activities on site.
Timely alarming HOD regarding the delays occurring at site from consultant /contractor side and its effects on completion date of the projects.
Managing budgets and project resources.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, QA/QC, health and safety.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and completed within budget and on time as per work schedule.
