Principle Responsibilities of this job position will include:

• Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the Company.

• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to organize, conduct and evaluate training programs, content, materials, procedures, and scenarios that target organization-wide goals.

• Propose and in-corporate engaging learning strategies, activities and compelling course content in the assigned domain.

• Coordinate with concerned departments / cross-functional teams for developing and facilitating and selecting training programs for the employees of all categories (teachers, admin, MS, Safety & Security).

• Coordinate training budget with Executive Director-HR, including oversight of vendor billing and payment.

• Manage all aspects of the training lifecycle, to include training needs assessments, development of new training programs, marketing and communications of programs, measuring the impact of training (participant feedback evaluations and calculating ROI). 

• Prepare realistic and cost-effective recommendations taking into consideration who (target audience), how (classroom/eLearning), when (business critical) and where (required travel) courses are delivered.

• Responsible for each Training program’s implementation and success, including managing tools, systems, and associated processes.

• Manage the content and administration of Training Portal in the HR system.

• Facilitate and coordinate with RPC unit for revamping/developing Training policy.

• Maintain a database of in-house training programs of trained participants for countrywide sessions from the audit perspective and for placing before the management as and when required for decision making.

• To design, coordinate, facilitate and deliver HR and organizational development projects in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.

• End to end performance management.

• Other responsibilities as and when assigned.
