Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording of expenses and payments
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
- Recording of Receipts
- Management and recording of petty cash
- Disbursement of cheques to vendors
- Custodian of FPS Petty Cash and cheque books
- Vendor account reconciliation - FPS
- Maintenance of finance records
- Maintenance of information related to utility bills
- Arrangement of bank statements and cheque books
- Any other task assigned by reporting authority.
