Administration

  • Participate in the formulation of the company’s administrative policies.
  • Manage communication in office through notices, circulars and memos.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and contractors on matters relating to the supply of office products including computers, stationery and uniforms.
  • Organize staff welfare activities.
  • Prepare and maintain insurance schedules such as, Group insurance, Personal Accident insurance, Hospitalization insurance.
  • Monitor office expenses and ensures that the expenses do not exceed the budgeted amounts.

Human Resource

  • Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
  • Administer recruitment, career development and termination activities for all departments.
  • Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
  • Conduct ad-hoc salary reviews based on market information.
  • Oversee payroll administration including computation, report submissions, CPF payments, etc.
  • Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
  • Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
  • Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, and disability.
  • Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace dispute.
  • Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Administer Media Campaign related activities including placement of advertisement in the newspaper.
  • Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.

Resource Mobilization

  • Create company strategic resource mobilization and marketing plan.
  • Create the developments and literatures of the company such as newsletters brochures etc.
  • Data maintenance, assistance and donation requests, donation campaigns, fund raising events, follow up, reviews etc.
  • Broadening the spectrum of company’s cause by spreading its message to new donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, assisting companies, societies, NGOs etc.
  • Management of volunteers working, assignments, certification and related projects.
  • Any additional function as assigned by the senior management.
