Receiving inbound calls from US based customers and sell them TV, Internet, Phone, Home Security and Mobile services.(We are affiliated with twenty US telecommunication providers for residential services.)
Following up with existing clients to make sure they are happy with their services.
Calling existing customer to upsell them.
Helping existing customers to get them better services and better prices.
Creating opportunity on every call and try to sell them any of the product we sell.
Following a research based sales script and following all the directions/policies.
Excellent English communication skills required.
Past experience of telecom sales is required.
American or British accent.
Must be good at retaining new product knowledge.
